Sukaanda Refund & Return Policy

At Sukaanda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience and fair policies for refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return a product if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories as described in the listing.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

1.2 Conditions for Return

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.
  • Some items are non-returnable, such as:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Personalized/custom-made products.
    • Digital products and subscriptions.
    • Underwear, personal hygiene products, and certain health-related items.

1.3 Return Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request via the Sukaanda app/website or contact customer support.
  • Once the request is approved, our team will arrange for pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
  • After the product is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order is canceled by the seller or Sukaanda due to unavailability or unforeseen issues.
  • The product is returned successfully, and meets the return conditions.
  • The customer received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, and a replacement is not available.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as Sukaanda Wallet Credits (based on customer preference).
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Sukaanda Wallet Credits after verification.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital goods, services, and subscriptions.
  • Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Perishable or consumable products (unless damaged upon arrival).

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund.
  • If an order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (if eligible).
  • Sellers may cancel orders due to stock unavailability or other issues, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a customer is unsatisfied with a refund or return decision, they can escalate the issue by contacting Sukaanda Customer Support for further review.
